BIRD WATCHING AND ELEPHANT TREKKING INTO TEAK FOREST

This Program includes Bird watching tour to Moyingyi lake area during the winter season ( cold season). The birds of many different species from the northern hemisphere, as to avoid the cold winter weather migrate to Moyingyi reservoir from November to April for food and rest. Most of these species are water birds and wild birds can also be watched in Popa mountain region as well as around most of the cities along the Irrawaddy river. There are many wild life Sanctuaries such as Alaungdaw Kathapa National jungle Park in northwest of Monywa, Shwesettaw Wildlife Sanctuary, Popa Mountain resort, Hlawga National park in Yangon, Inle Lake Bird Sanctuary, Lawkanandar Sanctuary in Bagan, ChatThin Wildlife Sanctuary in Shwebo district and Khakaborazi wild life Sanctuary. We are operating with specialized tour operator for all these tours on birding.

More over program includes Elephant riding into a Teak reserved forest, the forest camp near Taungoo where you can observe the elephants at work. One night camp is the best for this tour.
